Wow! Welcome to the Texas Winter Wonderland!

A couple of weeks ago Bruce was sweating in the 70 degree heat to install a new tile surface for the front entryway ... and no, he didn't tile himself into that corner!




And then poof ... the snow came about noon today and has amounted to about 2 inches so far. Here's Jo-Anne about to smack the cameraman with a well aimed snowball ... yup it hit. This is the nice, wet, snow that people are making some really good snowmen with in the neighborhood.




And poor Buster looking for that favorite piece of green grass that used to be his bathroom ... sorry buddy.

And finally, yes, the porch did turn out OK, but long before the snows came.

Tomorrow is supposed to be 60 and clear but for tonight it is really a wonderful winter wonderland ... a rare treat for the area.
